Support

Zyvora Is in Early Access
Zyvora is not generally available yet. There is no ticket queue and no phone tree — support requests go straight to the team building the platform. That means answers are direct, and it also means we are still filling in the gaps. If something is missing or broken, telling us genuinely changes what we build next.
Where to Write
-
General support
Accounts, billing, setup, product questions — anything not covered below.
-
Report abuse
Phishing, malware, spam, infringement or illegal content on a site we host.
-
Security vulnerabilities
Report privately, and give us a chance to fix it before disclosing.
-
Privacy requests
Access, correction or deletion of personal data.
1. Response Times
We answer support email within one business day, Monday through Friday. Most messages get a reply the same day.
Abuse reports carry their own commitment — we acknowledge those within two business days. See the abuse page for how those are handled.
If you have reported something that is actively breaking your business — you cannot take payments, cannot open your books, cannot get into your account — say so in the subject line. Those jump the queue.
2. What to Include
You do not need to write a formal report. But a message with these details in it gets resolved far faster than one without:
- The business name on the account, and the email address you sign in with.
- What you were trying to do — booking an appointment, running a report, taking a payment.
- What happened instead, including the exact wording of any error message.
- The URL of the page you were on, and roughly when it happened.
- A screenshot, if the problem is something you can see. It is usually worth more than a paragraph of description.
3. If You Are a Customer of a Salon That Uses Zyvora
Zyvora is the software that independent salons, spas and barbershops use to run their businesses. If you booked an appointment, paid a deposit, bought a gift card or have a question about a service, that relationship is with the business, not with us.
We cannot reschedule your appointment, issue your refund or look up your booking on the business's behalf — their records are theirs, and we do not act on them without their instruction. Contact the business directly and they can sort it out in minutes.
What we can help with: a page on a Zyvora-hosted site that will not load, a payment link or receipt that is broken, or a site being used to harm you — that last one belongs on the abuse page.
4. Platform Status
Before you write in about something being down, it is worth checking status.zyvora.app. It shows current service health, any active incident, scheduled maintenance and historical uptime. No login required, and you can subscribe there to be alerted when an incident opens or closes.
The status page runs independently of the rest of the platform, so it stays up when other things do not.
5. Getting Access
If you are not a subscriber yet and want to be, the early access form is on the home page. We are onboarding businesses in batches while we are in early access, so there may be a wait — we will tell you where you stand rather than leave you wondering.
