Zyvora Hosts Sites for Independent Businesses
Zyvora is a salon and spa management platform operated by ShadowPing LLC. Websites published at {slug}.sites.zyvora.app — and at any custom domain pointed at our platform — are created and operated by independent businesses, not by ShadowPing. We host that content; we do not author it. If a site we host is being used to harm you or someone else, tell us and we will act on it.

1. What This Page Covers
Use this page to report abuse on any host we operate:
If your complaint is about a booking, a charge, a refund, or the service you received from a business, contact that business directly — we cannot resolve disputes between a salon and its customers. For questions about your own Zyvora account, email support@zyvora.app.
- {slug}.sites.zyvora.app — customer websites operated by independent businesses that subscribe to Zyvora, and any custom domain those businesses point at our platform.
- pay.zyvora.app, app.zyvora.app and marketplace.zyvora.app — platform pages we operate, including payment links, receipts, gift cards and the marketplace.
2. What to Report
We want to hear about any of the following:
- Phishing — pages that impersonate a bank, payment provider, or other service to harvest credentials, card numbers or personal data.
- Malware — content that distributes viruses, trojans, ransomware, malicious scripts or unwanted software.
- Spam or unsolicited messaging — bulk email, SMS or other messages sent without consent, including messages sent through our platform.
- Copyright or trademark infringement — photographs, text, logos, brand names or other protected work used without permission. For formal copyright takedowns, see the DMCA section below.
- Illegal content — content that is unlawful where it is published, including the sale of prohibited goods or services.
- Impersonation — a site pretending to be a business, person or organization it is not.
- Privacy violations — publication of personal information without consent, including contact details, identity documents, or photographs published without the subject's permission.
3. How to Report
Email abuse@zyvora.app, or use the form at the bottom of this page — both reach the same mailbox and are handled the same way.
Whatever route you use, please include the full URL of the page in question, what is wrong with it, and any links or other evidence that helps us verify the report. Reports that identify a specific URL are resolved substantially faster than reports that describe a problem in general terms.
You do not need a Zyvora account to file a report.
4. What We Do With Your Report
Every report is reviewed by a person. Our process:
- Acknowledgement — we confirm receipt within 2 business days, to the email address you give us.
- Investigation — we review the reported content, and in most cases contact the business that operates the site.
- Action — where content or a site breaches our Terms of Service or applicable law, we suspend or remove the offending content, or suspend or terminate the site or account responsible. Severity, intent and history all bear on which of those we do.
- Outcome — we will tell you that we have finished handling the report. We may not be able to share the details of any action taken against another party.
Reports involving active phishing, malware or an imminent risk of harm are escalated immediately and can result in a site being taken offline before the operator is contacted.
5. DMCA Notices
ShadowPing LLC responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Send your notice to abuse@zyvora.app.
To be effective under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your notice must be a written communication that includes all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed — or, if multiple works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it. A full URL for each item is the most reliable way to do this.
- Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
A notice missing any of these elements may not be actionable, and we may ask you to resubmit it. Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) a person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
Counter-notices. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must identify the removed material and its location before removal, include your name, address, telephone number and email, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and include a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
Repeat infringers. Consistent with the DMCA, we terminate the accounts of subscribers who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
Trademark complaints do not fall under the DMCA, but we act on them too. Send them to the same address, and include the mark, its registration number if it is registered, the goods or services it covers, and the URLs where you believe it is being misused.
6. Security Vulnerabilities
If you have found a security vulnerability in Zyvora or in any site we host, please report it privately to security@zyvora.app rather than through this form, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly. Please do not access, modify or delete data that is not yours while investigating.
